Is Pencilbox free?
Yes, while we’re in early access. We plan to offer paid plans later, and we’ll give you plenty of notice before anything changes. You’ll never be charged without agreeing to it first.
What ages is it for?
Pre-K and kindergarten, roughly ages 3 to 6. Some sheets, like sight words and adding, work well into grade 1.
Does it work on my school computer?
Yes. Pencilbox runs in any modern browser on Windows, Mac, Chromebook, iPad, iPhone and Android, and you can install it like an app.
Where is my information stored?
Your account and saved worksheets are stored securely in Canada. Student names you type for name tracing stay on your own device and are never uploaded. Read the privacy policy for details.
Is there French and Spanish?
Yes. The Français and Español subjects each have tracing, matching, counting and colour-by-word sheets, and the weather chart and days of the week come in both languages too.
Can I share worksheets with other teachers?
You can print and share copies for teaching. Each teacher can make their own free account to build their own.
